Unfortunately this will be a problem because all SaT grid slots must be the same size. If you can't live with it and plan to keep the different sized monitors, one workaround would be to run two separate instances of SaT, each running different layouts and therefore having different grid slot sizes. However, you'd also be looking at two separate stacks and grids.. See the FAQ help page for instructions
