Are you using the latest version? I just put out an update yesterday to try to fix this..

Because of the UK gaming liscence FTP had to make the FTP UK client. It's exactly the same but right now SaT doesn't detect the windows. When i try to add FTP again for the UK I get that error. I'm sure i can get around it by making FTP a custom site and if you don't have many UK users who are effected by this i will, just wanted to let you know incase you do have a lot of UK users.
