Thanks for getting to work on this. Please do keep in mind pokerstars.ES hasn't updated yet. So if you find a fix, I'd need to also be able to add the old layout too. That possible to add 2 Pokerstars into SaT?

Should be, since these two tables are not compatible

Can you please try this within Stars?

Settings > table appearance > table graphics, and untick Aurora.

Someone on 2+2 told me about this option. I'm not seeing it. Can you confirm?

And yes, support is pretty incompetent. Maybe send them a follow up email, telling them they were wrong, so that they can instruct other customers correctly
