Bovada isn't a supported site for that hotkey. So instead SaT simply sends a Wheel Up/Down click. What happens on Bovada when you use mouse wheel when SaT isn't running?
I believe the only other way I could maybe get it to work is to use the clipboard to copy/paste values, but even if it worked (which is questionable), it would be highly unreliable.
