problem with hands getting folded automatically

Player 'Fuinput' made his bet 10 seconds later ( 23:46:11 local time), and your hand was instantly folded by the "Check/Fold" option

can you please tell how can in click check/fold button before villian bets ?

correct me if i am wrong pokerstar saying when i called the flop IP after that there was a click on check/fold before villian acts on turn

Yes you are correct.

This is very simple to understand. Do you not understand what the advance action checkboxes do?

Look at this example.

Here is what normally happens on a hand:

1. First, its my turn to act on the flop:



2. I call and see the turn.
Now, as soon as the turn is dealt, the checkboxes become visible.
These checkboxes are visible even before any villian takes his action:



3. I don't touch those checkboxes.
Now its my turn to act on the turn:





But here is what is happening in your situation:

1. First, its my turn to act on the flop:

Now, as soon as the turn is dealt, the checkboxes become visible:



3. BUT, now something on your system is clicking the Check/Fold box like this:



4. So now, Stars says 10 seconds later, the opponent makes his bet.
So when the action comes to me, Stars sees that I want to "Check or Fold" since I have clicked on that box.
So Stars automatically folds my hand:



That's why I asked if you saw if the box was checked, because according to that email, Stars says that there was a 10 second window. So you should have been able to see the box checked for 10 seconds like in the screenshot above with the arrow.
