1. I have problem that im sitting out at tables, tournaments and I dont know it.
Is there any solution for this? software or stack and tile?
2. When I press enter on keyboard, I bet, I dont want that. What is that? How to take it away?
I have hotkeys for Bet x BB and Fold.

Why are you sitting out? Are you playing too many tables and can't keep up with the action fast enough? SaT has an "Old Tables" feature. This will move tables into the grid when there is no action within the last 5 minutes.

Do you have "Focus betbox when possible" turned on in Advanced Options? Try turning it off.
Otherwise, you can try to just block the Enter key by setting up another hotkey for that key
