cant get the move to grid on flop working

hi

I cant get the move to grid on flop working.
It moves to the grid when action is required.

All other move to the grid settings work correctly.
send tables to stack at end of hand also works correctly.

I also made a new layout or grab a card again but the problem was not solved.
The version I am using is 2.98.01

Can you suggest any solutions?

During Include Site setup, when SaT asks you to click on the Flop card, it grabs that location, and then when the hand is over, it grabs the color behind that location (which should just be the green felt of the table). SaT then looks for when that color is no longer visible, and then assumes that a flop card is there instead.

But there are some things that can interfere with this. Specifically, 4 color decks, or if you clicked on the middle part of a card where a royal face character is displayed. See this page:

What site is this failing on? All sites? Or just one specific site?

I grabed the card properly.

I tried it on stars、888 and ipoker.
but it failed in all of them

I will try other deck than 4 color once

I got to work properly when I gave up using 4color deck
For now, I will try it in this setting
