Ok in case anyone else has problems with BWIN
There was no problem with SaT detecting BWIN tables using the PartyPokerModern site. After the user Removed and re-Included the site, it worked fine.
However, some of the hotkeys weren't working correctly. The problem is that the BWIN table has a empty gap across the bottom of the table that party doesn't have. You can see it in this screenshot, underneath the chatbox area and the fold/call/bet buttons. There is just empty gray:

So instead I've created a custom site profile for this site. You can get it here:
http://www.stackandtile.com/sat/tmp/bwin_custom.ini
Right click that link, save as, and put it in this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\StackAndTile\Sites\
Then close and reopen SaT, and find this "bwin_custom" site at the bottom of the dropdown, and Include it, and make sure to Remove PartyPokerModern
