been using SnT with no problems when set to "when action required". Tried the "when dealt cards" option and actually prefer it now but I get an annoying problem at times.
pokerstars hypersimple with fold+stack hotkey and "check/fold checkbox" on, the white version of the cards, with background being dark grey underneath
it happens when i fold before it's my turn, most of the time table goes back into stack, but on some occasions it pops right back into grid. I did the test with the notification enabled and it does give notification that cards are dealt after i "fold" them, cuz the cards are still there with the fold checkbox pressed.
Again, problem occurs just some of the time with no obvious pattern
I tried re-adding the pokersite, haven't tried changing the size of the tables, cuz that would be problem for me. Thought I post here before I start messing with the ini files

just noticed it happened when folding on my turn, table instantly popped back in grid with cards already folded

Couple of things to check:
Preferred seating is turned on:

Correct 'white' portion of the hole card:

Also, try using a different theme for Stars and then include the appropriate one, and lets see if that matters at all

Settings look ok, that table size looks pretty small though. I'll try to get some time tonight

What version of Windows are you using? I cannot get Stars to size their tables to 499x360. On Windows7, the smallest I can make the tables are 493x372. Needless to say, if you are using non-standard proportions for a site, then SaT will be looking in the wrong place for all of the coordinates. Which also gives me another idea, and that is maybe SaT is thinking incorrectly that action is required, and thats why its moving the table to the grid. When the bug happens, are you certain the Notification says "Hole cards visible" and not "Action required" ?

under advanced appearance settings i have Border Padding at 0, title bar text size at 6... not sure what else i changed to get that table size
