Does the "Fold" hotkey not work?

If I remember correctly, the iPoker Speed tables reduce the chatbox to half sized, which then moves the fold/call/bet buttons over a little bit. So, I think you'll probably need to use the Custom Site Wizard and create a custom made site for this. The built-in "iPoker" site is for a full sized chatbox, and the "iPoker_noChat" is obviously for a closed chatbox.
