Hi. i have some strange problem after buying a small stakes subscription.
I Was running the trial succesfully, but when I bought it 3$-15$ sng and tournament tables fail to recognize. Play money and small stakes cash tables are not affected by this problem. Pokerstars. Any advice? Thanks.

And paste me the results for each table that is failing to be detected
Hrmmm, something is not right. Are you not using an English keyboard?
Also, what modifications are you using on your PokerStars table? It doens't look normal..
i tried switching to nova theme and it didnt work out.

oh, here is what you needed probably. i tried reinstalling PS client and SAT, the problem still Applies, but diagnostic shows this. Also, for your information- when i add the custom poker site (that i have succesfully customized) it recognizes the table and the hand is sucessfully folded when i click F10.

Ok the Russian keyboard is probably why you got the error when you tried to do the Diagnostic.

Yeah that is what I needed. From my test, that table should be successfully detected as a $0.25 tournament table for any of the built-in Stars poker sites. For a custom site, it probably won't work.

Did you remember to remove your custom site from SaT, and then Include "PokerStarsNova" in SaT on the Sites tab?
The built-in sites for PokerStars should work I would think. So lets first try to get that working. Then after that we can work on your table mod and see how to handle it..

you can see that the cash table is recognized well, it stacks when i fold, etc, but the sng table does not.
probably deal is in the table type.

yes i did, here is the same situation for the nova theme- cash works, sng does not

In both of those screenshots, it looks like you have 2 PokerStars sites included into SaT. You shouldn't do this. You should only have one.
Please try to only use PokerStarsNova and remove the other one that you have included on the Sites tab.
