only works for pokerstars....
other sites like FTP, parypoker etc doesnt work to include as site.

When it says "Failure, doesn't match..." it should also say the name of the window that you attempted to use. Does it say the correct window?
If you are running those other sites as administrator, then you need to run SaT as administrator as well.

Problem solved. Worked now.
BUT Partypoker doesnt work with stack and tile! How to solve this? Have tried both classic and modern.

What window name does it show? Can you take a screenshot?
What party skin are you using? Use the menu item for
Help -> Diagnostic -> Get Window Title and do it for the Party main lobby, and paste me the results
