No problem, I have given you a refund and cancelled your subscription. If you want to use SaT again in the future, you will need to sign up for a new subscription on the website.

hello, i have the same problem. my subscription was renewed 2 days ago but I tried to cancel and could not successfully do it until today. can you please refund the $17.95 charge?
