The hotkey bet x bb is not working on winning(Pokerking). 
Cash tables.

Please use the menu item "Help -> Diagnostic -> Get Window Title" and paste the results for the table that it fails on

Yep that explains it. You need to change the format so that it uses decimals . instead of commas ,
