For anyone else who may have this problem, the problem was that the user was using F1, F2, F3, F4 for his SaT hotkeys. This conflicted with WinningPoker's own built-in hotkeys for F1 for Fold, F2 for Call, and F3 for Bet. The WinningPoker software usually displays these hotkeys in the upper left corner of the buttons. But this user had a custom modified graphics, so he did not see those labels.

So the solution was to simply change the keys that the user was using for the hotkeys to something other than F1, F2, F3
