Winamax tables are resizing too 'tall' vertically (despite the table sizes set on Layout),
even resulting buttons to disappear from the screen when tables are placed on bottom of the screen.

I don't think anything changed as far as table resizing in the new v2.91. Are you sure this problem didn't happen previously? What other sites are you playing on?

I think you should create a new layout based off the Winamax table size, as suggested on this help page:
