When I stack a table using "stack table" hotkey it goes to stack and is replaced by another table on which action is not required.  I'm using stack and tile mode with action required as secondary setting.  These dud tables are blocking tables on which action is required on from replacing them.  Havent used SaT on my other site yet so I'm not sure if this is a site specific issue for WPN or other sites.  I use a 2 table grid with one slot for stack

Do you notice anything special or similar about these tables that always move to the grid incorrectly? Does it always happen?

It sounds like SaT is incorrectly thinking that the tables always require action. Go through this Test here and let me know the results:
