Hi, I can't buy SaT because the 'Buy Now' button on the website is somehow not working for me (both Full Version and Small Stakes). I tried in Chrome and in Firefox. I'm pretty sure I bought it last year for a few months without problems.
Any idea what might be going on? Did you hear this from other people? Not sure if it's the website or my pc but I don't seem to have issues with any other buttons on your website or other websites.
No idea what is going on. What exactly happens when you click the Buy Now button? Do you get any error msgs?
If its failing in both Chrome and Firefox, then it sounds like maybe the payment processor website is down. That link should take you to a
https://sites.fastspring.com/stackandtile/.. url which is who handles the credit card payments and handles the orders. I've never heard of their site going down, but it could be possible. Are you still seeing the failure?

Hi, thanks for the reply. It is still not working unfortunately. I don't get an error. I just click the button but nothing happens. As if I never clicked it.
Aye I get stuck now at the last step of the purchase (with paypal).
The first time I pressed 'complete order', it gave me a warning, something about that I put a wrong tax id for the country I'm in. However I didn't put anything about the tax, it was all filled in already and not adjustable. Also the country that I filled in is correct (netherlands). I could still press 'complete order' so I did that again. The warning left but nothing happened. I closed the page and loaded the link you gave me again, and it took me straight to that last step again (without the tax id warning). Now when I click 'complete order' it shows a bar with the text 'Processing, please wait...' for about 3 seconds and then it just goes back to the 'complete order' button again.

EDIT: Seriously I don't know wtf is going on. Even the images I put in this post are not showing correctly so I put the links under them.
Yes for me, when I click the blue Buy Now buttons, they take me directly to those links above that I gave you.
Some other people had the VAT error. If you don't have a VAT ID, then please leave that field blank. And make sure that you have selected the correct country in the upper right:

Try those two first. If it still fails, can you try
clearing your browser cache and then trying again. Or, try from a different browser altogether?
Let me know if those work or not. If not, leave me your full name and email and what product you want, and I can try creating a custom order for you.

Hm weird that the buttons don't work on my pc then, I'll look into it.
I got the purchase through now. For some reason when I filled in my name, the VAT ID field automatically filled in my country without me realizing it. I guess it's some stupid autofill that was supposed to be filled in in a country field. Anyway, removing that and leaving it blank did the trick like you said.

Ahhh yes ok that VAT problem was probably the browser's autofill, which caused the error.
Still not sure why those buttons wouldn't take you to the link. That's really strange and I can't think of why that would happen. But glad you got it working finally
