Hierarchy

hello it says when i configure the layout that the fold call buttons are black and cannot be read.

The error message tells you the solution. Re-Include the site, but before pressing F9, first click the "..." button link, and change the Scan Mode to "PW" and then try it

Used the PW mode still could not get to work.

Used the PW mode still could not get to work.

You can try the other scan modes like DWM or GDIP and see if those work. If none work, then there is nothing really that can be done right now. But i would be surprised if PW mode doesn't work, because that usually works in 99% of cases, unless WPN broke something with a new update

Doesnt work how? What error do you get? Did you follow the instructions in the 2nd post in this thread? Have you tried the other scan modes?

please help did a custom or global could not get to work either. have major troubles tired losing money while trying to setup
