Hello! after todays GG update, when using the fold hotkey, i get this popup about the felt on the table, which i did not use to before. When reinstalling the hotkey, and chosing to not let the hotkey to pass through to an underlying window, my hotkeys for other sites stop working. Is there a way to use the right button as a hotkey without getting this popup on GG but still have the same hotkey working for other sites?

You did the correct thing, to re-add the hotkey and choose not pass the right click through.
What hotkeys for what other sites stopped working now?
The same hotkey, the right click, which i have configured in the stars client, and not by SAT

Well yes it won't work then... SAT isn't passing the click through to other applications.
Why don't you have Stars included into SAT and just use the SAT Fold hotkey for both GG and Stars?
It is wierd because this didnt happen before todays update on GG, so i had it all working perfectly fine until then.
I tried to include stars before, and iirc the problem was that SAT doesnt let me check without pressing "fold to any bet" while stars does, and that is kind of a big thing to me. Would be great if that would be fixed in the future!

Perhaps GG changed their software and now they allow you to right click the table to change the felt color, whereas before they didnt have that option. That's my guess. We can't control when poker sites change how their software works, only respond to their changes and try to work around them.

When you use the Fold hotkey in SAT before its your turn to act, there are a few different checkboxes on the table. SAT has a setting in Advanced Options which controls this. On Stars there are 3 separate checkboxes, "Fold", "Check/Fold", and "Fold to any". In SAT's Advanced Options, you probably want to change that setting to "Fold+Check/Fold", so SAT will try to click both buttons if available. The last click would be on the Check checkbox, so if that's visible that would be the one that is used. See here for more info:
