I set up the Start\Stop SaT hotkey today, and its' been very buggy.  The very first time I use it stops the program, but won't start it back up.  Once I manually start it, it fails to stop it the next time I use it.  It will start working again if I close out of SaT and then restart the program.

What version number of SaT are you using?
