It was broke on smaller table sizes. Try this version 2.99.11a:

Keep in mind, it will only click it when the table is active and focused. I'm working on a version that will work on all tables even if not focused

Ok try this version 2.99.11b-highDPI:

Make sure you've turned on "Click bodog timebank" in Advanced Options -> Sites tab. This version will try to click the timebank on all Bodog tables, whether the tables are focused or not focused. Let me know if this timebank clicker works. Keep in mind, this is the "beta highDPI" version of SAT, which will eventually become version 3.0, so there are some bigger changes under the hood. So also let me know if you notice any other problems
