why is there no "check hotkey" with a hotkey for poker where you can execute a check with one command

Because on most poker sites, there are only 3 buttons. The left button is usually Fold, the middle button is usually Call or Check, and the right button is usually Bet or Raise. So, if the 2nd/middle button is the Check button, then using SaT's "Call" hotkey is sufficient to press it. You can think of SaT's Fold/Call/Bet hotkeys to be hotkeys to press the left/middle/right buttons on the table.

The one exception, is that if you use the "Fold" hotkey, SaT first tries to determine if you are able to Check for free instead, and SaT will try to click Check in that case too.

So TLDR, using the "Call" hotkey will work, and sometimes the "Fold" hotkey too if possible.

And what exactly do I have to do to get ACR (WPN Network) to accept the commands at the table? I have chosen example Fold as number 1 and it is not executed.

And how do I set that I want to raise example to 3BB?

Have you included the "WinningPoker" site on the Sites tab? You'd need to do that first, and then make sure that the site passes this Test:

Set up a hotkey for "Bet x BB"

I have tried everything now, it just doesn't work. I opened a table and followed the instructions and it was inserted. You can see the page of ACR symbol too. But when i run the program and want to use the hotkeys like Fold or Call nothing happens.

Everything looks ok... I see your hotkeys are keys 1 and 2, are you pressing the number keys above the keyboard? Because thats what the normal numbers are. If you want to use the numbers on the far right of the keyboard, you need to change the hotkeys to use the NumPad1 and NumPad2 keys

I have the normal numbers over the letters. What exactly can I do now?

Do I have to set anything in ACR, do I have to pay attention to anything - maybe?
