I've gone through the setup procedure, fold hotkey doesn't work unless used with the test click button, and doesn't work altogether after setup. Call and bet hotkeys work sporadially.

Never heard of Junglee poker, just googled it, it looks like its a mobile app? Are you running it inside an emulator? Those always work sporadically

No, they have a downloadable desktop application, like any other regular poker site.

Ok finally get VPN set up for India
I tried to set it up like you. I chose "Other" and went through the Custom Site Creator. I also had to use the "basic-click" checkbox in order to get the clicks to work. I finished and then saved the custom site .ini file
Then I tried to "Include Site" with the new site that I just created. It failed on the press F10 to Fold step. I could see the mouse moving to the button at the correct location, but the click was never registered. Did you also see this failure during the F10 step during the "Include Site" setup?
Usually this means that SAT clicks too fast for this particular site, and needs to click slower with some more delays so that it will register. Once I tweaked this in the code, I was able to get past the F10 step successfully, and then when I played, everything worked. Please download this version 2.99.21z which changes the clicks to be slower:

If that was your problem, please let me know if its now fixed.
However I noticed two more problems with this site.
First, SAT had some trouble sometimes scanning the screenshot of the table in order to grab the button colors with the default method. So you should change the method when Including Site by first clicking the ... link button that appears BEFORE pressing F9, and changing the Scan Mode to "PW"
Second, I also want to note another thing that I noticed about this site. Depending on the different size of the table, the button locations do not scale linearly. So SAT's normal default math to scale the coordinate locations will fail. When you try to resize the table with your mouse, the site didn't really like it on my machine, and tried to change it back to a different size. Because of this, it was difficult to tell that the scaling was not linear, but from my quick tests, it looked like the scaling was off.
So what does this mean for you? Pretty much it means that if the size you used during the Custom Site Wizard was different than your normal playing slot size, then it will be likely that when SAT tries to scale the coordinates, they will miss and be in the incorrect locations. This could also be your issue as to why the Fold button was never working.
So, here is what I suggest.
First check your grid slot size by clicking File->Current Layout, and checking the table_width and table_height settings at the top of the file.
Then compare this with the size inside your custom site file that you can find in this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\StackAndTile\Sites\
Open your junglee custom site file and check the standard_table_width and standard_table_height settings.
If the numbers are really close then you might be safe. But if they are off by more than a few you might have problems and its probably best to do the following:
1. Download that version above.
2. Open one table on Junglee
3. Press Start inside SAT and allow SAT to take control of the table using your already existing settings.
4. SAT should resize the table to your grid slot size, and then move the table into the grid
5. Press Stop
6. Now you have the table the exact size as your SAT grid. Don't touch its size or location. Don't drag and drop the table (that causes the size to change)
7. Now choose "Other" from the Sites drop down list, and go through the Custom Site Wizard again.
8. At the end, save the file as a different name than your existing custom junglee site (and you can even delete that first one)
9. Re-open SAT and Include this new custom site that you just created, making sure to click the ... button before pressing F9 and changing the Scan Mode to "PW", then press F9 to continue and complete the setup
Test and let me know if this works
