Hi,

I got a new credit card and as such paypal tried to charge my old one and the sub never went through.

I have updated paypal now so will you try and take the sub again or do i need to do something else?

I asked my payment provider, and they said that the charge will be attempted again in 3 days. If it fails again after the 3 day grace period, then the subscription will be cancelled.

In any case, if you notice that your subscription is cancelled, you can just re-sign up at any time. You'll then be provided with a new license code.

Actually, they were incorrect the first time. You'll need to go through your subscription link in the email and click on "Update Payment Method". That should ask you to log into paypal and then authorize the charge again.

That would save you the hassle of signing up a second time if this gets cancelled
