I bought the program on Nov 4 and the bill has shown up on my statement and I still have not received a registration code.

Any help as soon as possible would be very much appreciated.

Sorry, I was away in Jacksonville for a tournament. Just got home today.

You should have received the license code in an email just after your purchase. It is sent automatically by the system, and I just checked and there were no errors reported in the delivery.
