payed on 29th of december but SaT tells me i have an unvalid or expired licence key

I did install SaT on a new pc with ID : A9A495A5F1547B13

Please help me out

Yeah, it looks like you had already used SaT on two separate computers, thats why you were getting that message.

I've reset your license, you should be good now.

you were right about the # of computers, but all works fine now!

I want to switch PCs and my old machine is 46C44B765C8FB558 can you reset that so I can set it up on my new PC?

You can just use the same license code on the new machine
