Any suggestions on how to set this site up using the custom set up?

It appears that the buttons are in diff locations during diif situations and im going nuts trying to set this up.
Have you tried yourself to do this?
Has anyone else succesfully set up Hero Network?

If not it would be nice to put somewhere in the forums that the hero network isnt supported so noone else has to waste 45 mins trying to set it up

I have not tried to set up Hero Network, I have never even heard of it. I don't see it listed on PokerScout.

If the buttons move around then there is gonna be big problems, and its likely things won't work. If you can give more details and/or screenshots I ma be able to give better advice.

its the "BetOnline" site i see a few other posters have asked about but i dont see the convo go any further after the inquiry.

Does that site/network ring a bell now?

ok,now i have a problem again
Whenever my cursor hovers over a players name,The site shows a tiny pop up that gives the players details.
When that happens S&T shows it as a new table and puts it(enlarged) into my grid.

would it be poss to skypr or teamview so i dont have to wait for answers ?

Hehe, that's the idea. Especially because its impossible to support every poker site out there. Its already too much work supporting the ones that I do. Most all poker helper/hotkey software only support one site.

Alright, remember during the custom site wizard, it asked you for some values for the "include" and "exclude" of the table title? You will need to "exclude" this popup.

Use the hidden hotkey in SaT: CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + T
Use that on the popup window, and it will copy the popup window title to the clipboard. Come back and paste the results.

Also, paste the contents of "my_BetOnline_Poker.ini" from the C:\Program Files\StackAndTile\Sites\ directory.
Then I will tell you what to change.

I am sorry but I am really busy lately and as a one man show, I need to cut back on all the 1 on 1 direct support. I cannot keep up with all of my obligations. And so I try to reserve the skype/teamviewer for major bugs that would impact everyone.

Actually Hank, I thought of an easier solution for this that will probably work:

Open up your custom site .ini file that was created with the wizard. It should be located at C:\Program Files\StackAndTile\Sites\my_BetOnline_Poker.ini

(last time you had some problems with editing and saving without administrator permissions, so you might need to check that again)

Within that file you should see a line near the bottom:

Now I don't know what you input during the wizard, so you might have something after the = sign. But I'm going to guess that it is blank since you are having this problem.

I want you to change that line to look like this:


then Save the file and restart SaT. This change will tell SaT to only include tables with the "/" in the title bar, which I am hoping will bypass your little player information popup.
