Hello,

I registered SaT on my desktop and laptop.

When I now try to run it on my laptop I receive a popup that says I cannot run them on both computers. However my desktop is switched of at the moment.

Could you please help me with this problem

Sure, sometimes this happens when shutting down SaT or your computer, if SaT doesn't connect to its database and unlock itself before it shuts down.

I tried to look you up based on your email address registered in this forum, but I couldn't find your license. If you post your MFP ID, I can search for that, otherwise, just send me PM with your license code.

I cleared your computers in the database, everything should be like new

it worked.

however,after the session i played on my pc, i opened a session on my laptop.

now i open a session on my pc , and the same problem is there again,my laptop and Sat are turned of there.

Hrmm strange. I cleared it again, should be good now. What happens is, when you close SaT, it tries to connect to the web and unlock the license so that it can be used on another computer. So maybe you are shutting down your computer without allowing SaT to fully close or something like that. I can only suggest that you allow SaT to close down fully and allow it to connect to the internet if you are blocking it from youre firewall or something.
