Is it possible to use the advanced action_delay command for stalling?

The absolute ideal would be to hit fold and stack but then the command only go through say 15 seconds later. If that isn't possible just being able to hit fold without stack and having the command send 15s would be great too.

Hrmm.. the action_delay setting takes effect AFTER the action is sent. So for the Fold* hotkeys, first the Fold click is sent, and then the action delay takes place. So you wouldn't be able to accomplish what you're hoping for with this setting.
