"Could not connect to the StackandTile website, or the backup website either."
I turn off my firewall and still the same error ? Any suggestion please?

Yes i can access the website. I dont have any vpn program.
Well, the error means that the .exe program file cannot reach the SaT website. This happens sometimes when the website is down for maintenance. But obviously that is not the case right now, since I am typing on the website, and since you can access the website through your browser.
So the only explanation is that something is preventing the program from connecting out on your machine. Typically this is a firewall. But you said that you tried turning off the firewall, so I am not sure what could be the problem. Maybe some other security software such as anti-virus, you could check that and see if it helps.
Sorry I can't help any more than that. Something on your machine is blocking internet access.
