Just put SNT on another computer and downloaded the new version. (trial version)
Now everytime theres a pop up of any kind it goes to the new table area.
Its really annoying. How can I stop it?

What do you mean 'pop up of any kind'? Poker site popups? Can you give some examples? What are 'all sites' that you play on?
For example when you click on pokerstars filter, or when you want to leave a game on any site, a popup comes asking if you want to leave. It thinks its a table and resizes. When it resizes it usually distorts it.
Even Windows Task Manager is being shown as a table.
You didn't answer which sites you are playing on. Did you add a custom site, say for PartyPoker? This is likely the cause. If so, why not use the built-in Party settings? Otherwise, paste me your custom site config (should be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\StackAndTile\Sites\) and I will tell you what to change.
Im playing on pokerstars, FTP, Party, Ipoker, Merge, 888, Winamax and Equity poker network.
I had to do custom for Ipoker and 888.
So the biggest problems are basically, whenever I sit in on Merge. The pop up for the buyin gets rised to the table slot, and its clear. The same happens when I try and leave party tables. It think its another table. I assume this is because of the custom site?

This is the problem for the popups. Why did you have to do custom for 888? Anyway, if you want to stay with your custom site, post your custom 888 file and I'll show you what to change.
