Ok, when I use eng lang keyboard it works.

That's the problem then. In addition to selecting a keyname from the drop down, the hotkey box allows you to type in a key. You can try just typing in the key you want to use and then adding it. I don't know if that will work or not. Otherwise, you would probably need to change your keyboard settings to English and see if that works.
I'm sorry, I don't have a non-English keyboard so I've never tested it. There are many Russian customers though, so I'm sure that the software works. I even have a partnership with www.gipsyteam.ru website. But I never asked how the users have their keyboards set up.

Try changing your keyboard settings within Windows and let me know if it works
