Full Tilt spazzes out when you bust in a rebuy tournament during the rebuy period. Whilst playing lots of tables (at least whilst playing PokerStars) it's impossible to get it out of the stack to rebuy. I guess it's something to do with the pop-up.
Not sure if this is new since their update this week as I haven't played there for a while.
How were you trying to get it out of the stack?
I will see if I can reproduce it. I don't know if they have Play Money rebuy tournaments..
I just tested it on a Play Money rebuy tournament
From the looks of it, this would only occur if you don't have the Auto Rebuy buttons checked at the bottom. So, if those are off, then when you bust, you get a popup asking you to rebuy. However, for me, the table DID move out of the stack and into the grid anyway. Look at this image:

As shown above, when you bust, FTP shows a "Rebuy" button in the third button location at the bottom right of the table, where normally the Bet/Raise button would be. SaT sees this button, and thinks that action is required (thinking the Bet button is visible), and moves the table into the grid.
However, the rebuy popup (
