Winning Poker Network seems to always be having problems, and I still have never been able to get it working correctly. I am using version 2.75.

When I setup the site and test out via microstake cash games, I can multitable and stackandtile works great. No problems.

However, when I play tournaments on WPN I encounter issues everytime. Usually I am running multiple sites and they all work perfect, but WPN tables remain in the stack and rarely pop up (if they do pop up when i click fold they return to stack perfectly, so no problems there). The end result is i end up missing most of the hands in tournaments.

So not sure why cash is fine when i'm testing, but tournaments don't pop up. Here is my layout, and again pretty much every site works flawless but WPN, thanks your support here is very good:

When you say they dont "pop up" I assume you mean they don't "move to grid".

First thing to try is always remove and re-Include the site.

Next, to test, just put one table in the stack, and wait for your turn to act, and see if it pops out. Don't do this with other sites. Just test WinningPoker. If it works most of the time on cash games, then it should work on tournaments too. But test on both and see. Also test and see if its only when facing an allin or not. Specifically look for what buttons are visible at the time when it works and when it fails. Also look and see if the betbox is visible.

Its unlikely that its random. We just need to figure out specifically when it works and when it doesn't.

Ok good advice cuz I found something.

When I face an all-in, I only see the fold or call buttons. This is when it doesn't move to the grid and is stuck in the stack and i miss the hand. How can I fix this?

Well this is supposed to work already. Do normal hands on tournament tables work? Its only when facing an all-in that it fails?

And you haven't mentioned if you've tried removing and re-including the site. Please try that if you haven't..

I just tested on play money cash table, I raised 99% of my stack, let someone else put me all-in, and the table DID move out of the stack and into the grid. I also created a new layout with 659x476 dimensions like yours, Included WinningPoker, and tested again and it worked. I don't notice anything else in your config that could be causing a problem.

OK, I know i've added and readded this site many times before. Now when I readded it with one of these later versions of stack and tile, the problem seems to be fixed. sorry a little embarrassing. Haven't tested it very much, will keep u updated if there is any other issues. thank you A+ support.

OK, so at a 9max tournament table when I click "fold" it doesnt return to the stack 90% of the time. The 10% it does I can't figure out why cuz the buttons are the same.

When I tested it yesterday i was playing a headsup hyperturbo and it always returned to stack. Can't figure out why a full table it doesn't work. Help?

Also, I just had a situation where I was big blind and the small blind limped and the table never moved to grid. It's probably because folding isn't an option in that spot and i'm pretty sure the fold button didn't pop up there. How to fix it?

Is it moving to the stack and then immediately popping back into the grid? I see that you've reduced the action_delay setting at the top of your config file. You can try increasing that back to the default value of 150 (or remove that line altogether), but I don't know if thats the problem.

I just tested it, and it failed in one instance. When the fold/allin buttons were visible, WITH NO BETBOX VISIBLE. I clicked 'fold' but the table didn't move back to the stack at all. Normally with this type of bug, you would see the table flash to the stack, and then immediately pop back into grid, with the Notification again saying 'action required' if you had it turned on. But with the betbox not visible, then when you click 'fold', the table won't move at all. This is the only situation I could find for this bug, and this was on a cash table. I assume its the same for tournaments. Can you confirm if you see it at other times?

Yea, folding isn't an option in that spot, however SaT also looks for the betbox, and the betbox should be visible in this situation. I just tested this and it worked correctly for me and popped into the grid. So its strange. Was this on a tournament table too?

Good eye. I just played a few hands, and can confirm with the betbox visible it will go back to the stack, but the error occurs when there is no betbox.

Yes the small blind limping my big blind and not going to the grid was on a tournament table. I'll try to remember the next time this happens what the situation was and the betbox and the buttons visible and will post here.

I'll reset the action delay to 150 and see if that does anything..

Are these things that can be fixed in a future version? Thanks, great support as always
