my internet is working fine but i get this message...

"internet connection error.
could not connect to the stackandtile website or the backup website either."

please help!

Common causes:
- website down briefly for maintenance
- firewall/security software blocking the StackAndTile.exe file
- VPN software or Hola app browser extension
