Just for reference for anyone else reading, the user was using Windows 8.1, and changing this setting fixed things:

Yes it didnt work. 

Also, when I start SaT the tables getting resizingning and it took lots of time so I cant act on other tables. 

Any idea ?!

What site does this happen for?

Overlap or monitor borders shouldn't matter. Did you try the solution suggested in the message?

Hello, 

I make everything as explained in instructions. THen 1 and 2 tables take a while but they do get sized ok, but the third doesnt work and I get that error

Can you help me with that ?! Also, everytime I start to run SaT this resizing stuff took a while until I get tables on right size. Does overlap influence on that ?! Does the border of the monitor ?!
