What exactly was the problem? My payment processor has problems sometimes with certain credit cards, if the address doesn't match or some other strict requirements. They are the pain in the ass. Let me look into it for you

Ok, I see an Aaron C. tried to purchase twice and it was cancelled both times due to 'high risk', claiming that the user could be using a proxy server to connect to the internet. If thats you, you can try to not use the proxy and see if that allows the order to go through.

If you are still having problems, you can email the payment processor directly at orders@fastspring.com and explain the situation and they will take care of it for you.
