| Any chance I can get a refund? Can't even use the hotkey fold button without the message "Are you sure you want to fold" coming up and then I have to manually remove it with the mouse. No bueno for a program that is supposted to prevent this |

Yes, it worked correctly when I changed back to $. I saw that option and tried the "bet in BB not $" but "All-in" is minibetting when I use BBs in the client. If it's possible to fix the "All-in" hotkey I would be really grateful cause I really enjoy playing with BBs. |

However, there is also an advanced option in SAT to "Send 'bet x bb' size in BBs not $" and that might solve your issues if you want to stay with BBs. Although I'm not sure but maybe I overlooked that setting for the "All-in" hotkey |

SAT sends BB's based on the blinds level, and sends them in full chip amounts, not BB amounts, and I'm not sure if iPoker has added some type of $ to BB conversion built into their client or not. That could be one reason Can you test on different game types, like cash games or sngs, and obviously turn off the auto Bet setting, so that you can see what bet sizes are being sent, and we can try to debug this? Can you also click File->Current Layout, and paste me everything? |

SAT layouts are based on a particular slot size. So all slots must be the same size. If you want to change the slot size for your tables, you'd need to create a File->New Layout. |
