If I try to run SAT as an admin it does not work. Hot keys fail all the time.

Are you running SaT as administrator? I have no idea what HEM2 is doing with their HUD... Do your hotkeys fail when your mouse is over the HUD stats? What about when your mouse is over a part of the table that has no HUD?
