You mean, the File->Open dialog which forces you to choose which layout you want to open? I added that for versatility, in the past I saved like the 3 more recent layouts so you could just click it in the list. Maybe I will look into putting that back in...

i see but can you not put this process into a macro so the user has instead of 10 clicks just one or two?

Unfortunately, its not that easy because a "layout" contains the table size and slot locations, but it ALSO contains all of the settings for the program, hotkeys, sites, advanced options, etc. That is why we must reload the software so that all of those settings get loaded fresh

currently changing between differeny layouts is inconvenient
putting these on software buttons and hotkeys would be nice
wouldnt that be easy to realise?
