Cool thanks it wasn't in the drop down list but then clicked on "..." and found it in the menu.

If you click on the blue labels in the software, there is some extra info describing the settings.

I'm not sure if you want to use the "Alt" key by itself, or if you want to use it in combination with another key. If you want to use it by itself, you can use Alt or if you want specifically one of them left or right: LAlt or RAlt. If you want to use "Alt" in combination with another key, such as pressing Alt+G, you would just prefix the key with the ! symbol. So it would be !G

Alternatively, you can press the "..." button next to the hotkey box and you will get a small window where you can just click what key you want and check boxes for Ctrl,Alt,Shift, etc
