Unlikely that I add preset bet sizes. Your best option currently is to use the BetSize hotkeys to push the buttons on the table. As for check/call, the "Call" hotkey in SaT is supposed to do this. You say it doesn't work on your mod. Does it work with a normal theme? (you'd need to remove and re-Include the site to test it).. The problem is that FTP moves the Check button over to the first button position, so it actually occupies the spot where the Fold button usually is. The Call button is in the second button position as usual. Every other site leaves the Check button in this second position except FTP. SaT attempts to work around this, but it requires that the Fold and Call buttons be the same color, and that they are sufficiently different than the table background color. If you are able to vary the colors in your mod you may be able to get it to work.
