As of right now, the built in functionality only allows for one stack. However, other people have accomplished it by running multiple instances of SaT at the same time. You would need to be sure that each slot from each instance does not overlap. You'd also need to ensure that you only have each pokersite included in one SaT instance. And finally you'd probably have to coordinate all the hotkeys to work, by using the ~ prefix for each one.

I have plans to try to allow multiple stacks in the default program, but I cannot give a timeframe.
