Also I cant remember if you confirmed my payment... Are you sending any confirmation (I think you always do)?? I can't find an email in my inbox about my renewal...

Hi,

There was a problem with renewal my subscription.. PayPal wasnt accepted, visa wasn't accepted... I sent you an email but you couldn't help because the only info you could get was that perhaps something was wrong (but you didn't know what)... So i proceed by paying using my MasterCard. This happened yesterday.. Today you stoped my subscription saying that there was not any payment done. My card shows the payment...

Can you advise,please? I have already sent an email to fast spring about this issue... But no reply yet.
