Im using kasperky 2015 now.

It communicates over http, but through the software itself. So yeah, its similar to a web browser

The 2 error messages still occur.
BUT
when i open 1c/2c tables (for which the expired free trial is working) the program works properly. BUT tables like nl200 or 25 arent found by the program.

So i guess the error message has smth to do with the license code i bought and got. Which would fit to the fact that the error began when the trial time ran out. I bought the license for unlimited stakes.

HELP pls.

Well this is normal. If the license checks fails, then the program reverts to 'free' mode as described on the Buy page. Thats why the micro stakes tables are working. If there was a problem with your code, the message would say "invalid license code". It wouldn't say "cannot connect to website". Can you confirm that you're receiving that error that you mentioned in the first post?

In any case, I can check your license code for you. What code are you using? Also, what does it say for Machine ID? We can try one other thing..

did deinstall all my security software recently, but the problem remains. i have no clue where to look for a solution :/

Yeah, try to remember if you made any changes to your system recently. Firewall/security software would be my first guess. I'm not really sure what else to look for.

im actually not worried about the refunds, but about the tool working since i rly like it. I cant try it today on another computer, but will do so tomorrow. i am pretty sure the mistake is on my side, but cant figure out where :/

Hrm, don't worry, if we cant figure it out, of course you will be refunded.

The 1 vs 2 popups shouldn't be an issue. If I remember correctly, if the license check fails, then SaT tries to revert back to trial mode. So that is why it makes a second attempt to connect.

If you can access the website, then clearly your internet provider is allowing you access. The website is obviously working since we are posting on the forums. Usually when the website goes down, you will see a bunch of people posting that they cannot connect. But right now you are the only one. So the only problem that it can be is something on your system blocking the software from connecting, such as a firewall.

Do you remember changing anything on your system in the last day? Do you have another computer to test on?

i did set off my firewall and my security software, it didnt help.
