Perhaps you never pressed Stop and allowed SaT to connect to the website to unlock the license, and then fully closed out the software on the previous machine.

Just give me your registered email address and I'll take care of it

I recently bought a new laptop for my grind, my other comp has issues and i no longer use it, but its the comp i originally registered StackAndTile with.

now with the new laptop, i get the following message...

"your license is already in use on another computer. stack and tile cannot be used on two computers at the same time. please press stop on the other computer and then close out the program. if you belive this to be an error. then contact support"

Im unable to access the old comp because a blank screen appears and cant view the desktop.

please help me so im able to use my stack and tile membership on the 2nd comp.
