I'm noticing a strange bug where when I open a table it won't be picked up from SaT, but if I stop and restart the software, it is picked up and added to the grid. I've had this for the last 7 days approximately.

Can you use the menu item for "Help -> Diagnostic -> Get Window Title" and paste me the results for the table that initially fails?
But if you stop/start, then I'd guess the title won't matter. Maybe the iPoker client is slow/delayed in opening the table and assigning a title to it. I've seen that happen on Stars a few times. On iPokerNew I am searching for the / character to match a table (which would exclude all lobbies). What was happening on Stars is that the poker client would open a table with initially no title at all, and then after a second or so, it would then assign the title with the name of the table and stakes etc. So when SaT first detects the table, it sees no title, and then excludes it. Maybe something like that is happening on iPoker

I don't notice anything strange about that. It may just be delaying the display of the window title, and thats why SaT isn't initially seeing it. Not really sure about this one

Mister some problems! Check/call hotkey doesnt work again, and SAT threat all lobbies main too as a table.

Something must be wrong on your system. Make sure you don't have any other iPoker sites included.
Do you have any other custom sites included?
Do you have a custom site named exactly "iPokerNew" at the bottom of the dropdown?

If you have another custom site named "iPokerNew", then you'll need to delete the file in your Sites subfolder in the SaT directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\StackAndTile\Sites\
