Why when i use option of hotkeys "table unde mouse" hotkeys used on active table too on WinningPoker, but at other sites work good

This should not be happening. Are you absolutely certain? Can you do some more testing and see?

Do you get any messages telling you to run SaT as administrator when you first open it up?
Can you click File->Current Layout, and paste me everything?
