I want to buy for a year, but I only pay next month, how can I do not to lose what is paid? I tried several times to request a new password to log in, but when I enter the password I can not log in the forum

In your monthly email receipt, there is a link for you to cancel your subscription. Just use that and Cancel and you won't be billed again on your next month. When your subscription expires, the software will lock you out. At that point, just sign up for a yearly subscription on the website and youl'll get a new license code
